These reports look and behave like paper reports, while also supporting the SEC’s inline XBRL regulatory requirements.
Certent Disclosure Management is the first and only reporting platform with HD Reporting. HD Reporting delivers the highest quality experience for viewing online regulatory and narrative reports. Filings created with Certent CDM preserve the original document layout while also ensuring regulatory filings are compatible with SEC EDGAR filings and inline XBRL standards.
