The year 2020 was one that anyone who experienced it will not soon forget. After starting off the year with great expectations about the decade ahead, by March the global COVID-19 pandemic put a wrench in just about every organization’s plans for the year and cast a major blow to the global economy. As the end of the year approached, the promise of several vaccines rolling out to the population in early 2021 created some light at the end of the tunnel and raised expectations of global economic recovery.
